The Applied Sciences (TechOne) case study (Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4) has been prepared by the Director (Dr E. Jane Fee) and an Associate Professor (Dr Janet McCracken) of the TechOne program at Simon Fraser University, British Columbia, Canada. The core courses described are interdisciplinary and present critical concepts in applied science theory and practice: design, technology, spatial thinking and collaboration. The TechOne program serves as the first entry program to programs in Interactive Arts & Technology, Business Administration, Computing Science, Communications and Mechatronics Systems Engineering.
